Do you come to our office?
Yes. Our mobile studio is built for on-site sessions anywhere in Florida. We need a conference room or open space with power and enough room for lights and a backdrop, and setup typically takes 30 to 45 minutes.
How many employees can you photograph in one session?
Sessions range from a few executives to hundreds of employees. We photograph in short waves or by department time blocks and coordinate a simple sign-up schedule with your office manager or HR lead, so lines stay short and people get back to work.
Can you match our existing company headshots?
Yes. Send us a few of the headshots you already use and we will match the background, framing, and lighting as closely as possible, so new and updated portraits sit naturally next to the existing ones.
Is retouching included?
Yes. Natural retouching is included on selected images: stray hairs, minor blemishes, lint, and light under-eye softening. If you need additional retouching, let us know and we will accommodate it.
Can we preview the images during the session?
Yes. We shoot tethered, so each photo appears on a screen as it is taken and people can see the result right away. After the session you receive a secure online gallery to review and confirm your selections.
What background options do you offer?
Studio backgrounds in white, gray, charcoal, or brand-color paper, plus environmental headshots in your office, lobby, or an outdoor setting. Many companies mix options, for example executives on charcoal and staff on mid gray, while keeping one consistent look.

Yes. Along with team headshots, we create executive portraits for leadership bios, press kits, and About pages, on a studio backdrop or in an environmental setting. We coach posture and expression so the result looks confident and approachable.
How fast do we receive our headshots?
You receive an online gallery for selections shortly after the session, and we deliver the final retouched images promptly once your favorites are confirmed. If you have a firm deadline, such as a website launch or an announcement, include it when you request a quote.
